Two Wheels of a Chariot
It is the duty of the husband to support his wife and children quite as much as it is the duty of the wife to minister to the needs and comfort of the husband and work for peace and domestic happiness.
Husband and wife are like two wheels of a chariot. Smooth running of the domestic chariot depends on both the wheels, and the two should co-operate together.
Sant Mat Strongly advocates domestic peace and harmony, as it makes for spiritual progress among other things.
Where there is discord, much time is wasted.
