Master of Masters, listen to my plaint.
Whom else shall I address?
To me, there is no other like you;
To you, there are millions like me.
Read not the scroll of my evil deeds –
Had I not been steeped in sin,
On whom else could you
Have showered your money?

A sapling has my Murshid (Master) planted in my heart.
It is the jasmine of the Name of God.
