RADHA SOAMI - "Bhajan & Simran "

Everybody has a fixed number of breaths to take and a fixed amount of food to eat .
One should not waste time in doing what is neither worldly duty nor spiritual duty.
And Bhajan and simran should not be forgotten even while attending to work.
Never feel lazy in your mind at any time.

Maharaj Sawan Singh Ji

Anything that causes an interruption in meditation is to be avoided. Indulgence in unnecessary talk and debate results in the exhaustion of mental power. The physical body is like a coat that we took from kal at the time birth, and we have to return that body to him one day. There should not be any hesitation in returning what was borrowed.

The devotee goes to a far better state and he does not hesitate to take a velvet coat in exchange for this one of coarse material. And if the devotee has made preparation for this day during his lifetime, he does not suffer even at this transition period, but is happy like a bridegroom.

We are not in this world for whole the time, oue human body and also this this whole visible world is perishable. A wise man is he, who, having closely examined the nature of existence here, has realized that it is all transitory and illusory, and consecrated his human form by devoting himself to Bhajan and Simran according to the methods described and taught by the real saint by listening to inner sounds and repetition of the Holy Name of the Supreme Being, taking the fullest advantage of the various faculties which the Supreme Father has graciously endowed him with and following his path after deep self realization and recognising the translated invaluable jewel within him, which is Surat i.e. holy spirit.
